The GTA V Era refers to the generation of Grand Theft Auto games that begins with Grand Theft Auto V.

Each game within each previous generations are similar in terms of design and features; and have many overlapping storylines and characters; and even share brands and radio stations. This is expected from the GTA V Era.

So far, only Grand Theft Auto V has been announced, and it is not yet known how that will differ to the previous generation of games: the GTA IV Era.
