The Nintendo DS is a handheld game console by Nintendo. It is a successor to the Game Boy Advance. It was first released in 2004, then was redesigned into the Nintendo DS Lite, and the Nintendo DSi.

The Nintendo DS has been superseded by the Nintendo 3DS.

Only one Grand Theft Auto game was released for the DS: Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars.
