It is highly unlikely that his name is Muscovski. Vlad calling him "some Muscovski jerk" means nothing - "Muscovski" or "Muscovite" is the term for a person from Moscow. It is not a proper name. Sgt. S.S. 20:02, 18 December 2010 (UTC)
