Noelle Sadler
Noelle Sadler (born on December 8, 1978 in San Diego, California) is a voice actress who voiced Bettina in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, although the character was deleted before the final release of the games. She also voiced pedestrians in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City and Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories. She has also voiced a dispatcher in Manhunt and is credited as a voiceover producer for GTA San Andreas.
