| colspan="2" align="center"| Marnie Allen (born in 1987) is a twenty-six year old Epsilon Program recruiter living in southern San Andreas. Born in the Midwest, Marnie initially moved to Liberty City aged eighteen to become an actress but was conned by Joseph Kaplan into appearing in pornographic films. Kaplan later helped her become a heroin addict and, a year after arriving, began working as a prostitute. She was arrested for this and petit larceny (2006) and possessing heroin (2007) before meeting Niko Bellic, an eastern European man who helped her decide to go home to the Midwest and attending college. She later joined the Epsilon Program and had presumably become close to its founder, Cris Formage, as she helps new recruits and appears to know celebrity members such as Jimmy Boston. She helps Michael De Santa, who she calls both Zolag and Zondar, when he becomes a member of the cult and, if he betrays the cult, sends him text messages to gather the parts of the Epsilon Tract.

He attempts to convince residents of Los Santos to sign a petition to hand into city hall from a small stand in Legion Square, and offers those who sign a joint. This, however, causes both Michael De Santa and Trevor Philips to think they are being attacked (Michael by aliens and Trevor by clowns). Franklin, however, believes the marijuana to be of poor quality but agrees to help him steal two shipments of marijuana and attend a smoke-in at City Hall. Barry, however, forgets to attend.

| colspan="2"| First appearance:<br />Risk Assessment<br />Last appearance: Uncalculated Risk
| colspan="2" align="center"| Dom Beasley is the ex-partner of Karen Lichti, with whom he has a daughter, a successful Los Santos based hedge fund manager who is capable of earning $1 million per day. He is an absent father who refuses to send any child support, hiding his money in Luxembourg, and is also disliked by is work colleagues. He describes himself as a "control junkie" and takes part in a number of dangerous activities funded by his job. When skydiving in northern Los Santos in late 2013, he becomes stuck in a tree but is rescued by Franklin Clinton with the assistance of a dog, which Dom is unable to see. Dom and Franklin then begin taking part in increasingly risky stunts by skydiving parachuting to the top of Mount Chiliad before racing on bicycles to the base of the mountain, drives out of a Cargo Plane on a Blazer quad bike before parachuting to safety by the Alamo Sea, and jumping off the Maze Bank building in Pillbox Hill and landing on a moving flatbed truck. The two later meet at the Land Act Dam, with Franklin again meeting the dog and learning of Dom's plan to jump into the almost non-existent stream in an attempt to push himself further. He subsequently jumps, without a parachute, and falls to his death. During a moment's silence at his office, a number of people clap throughout due to disliking him.

He hires Trevor Philips to knock down Lenny's for sale signs across northern Los Santos, to assault Lenny to intimidate him, and to burn down his house to allow him to claim the insurance. Trevor is rewarded by being allowed to sleep with Josh's wife. He asks Trevor to meet him at his now burnt-down house and tells the two police officers present that Trevor was responsible for the fire. | colspan="2" align="center"| Peter Dreyfuss is a retired film director/producer who resides in a mansion in Vinewood Hills, Los Santos. He was successful in the film industry by the early 1970s having worked closely with David Richards, the founder of Richards Majestic film studio, and his son Solomon, who he disliked. In early January 1975 he slowly tortured and murdered film starlet Leonora Johnson and began sending 'mementos' to her parents. Her dismembered body was found on January 17 and two months later he wrote a letter to David Richards, confessing to murdering her, explaining that he wanted to gain a better perspective of suffering for his films. The murder remained unsolved and Dreyfuss continue to goad the suffering family for years. He was also described as being a "sex offender and a danger to all", however, this did not stop him being rewarded with a star on the Vinewood Walk of Fame. In 1991 he released Last Will and Testament, which would be his last film, before retiring to his mansion. In late 2013 reports suggested he was to make his return but he was then confronted by Franklin Clinton, having gathered the torn up confession letter, with the player able to kill or spare Dreyfuss.

The player, as Trevor, has the choice to apprehend or kill the four men, with Maude thanking Trevor personally if they are apprehended. She later informs Trevor of her retirement plan, which includes having a husband, a garden and a dog named Skip.

The two later meet again in Paleto Forest where Cletus teaches Trevor about how to hunt animals but in particular elk. Beverly received a good education, paid for by his father and mother but disappointed them by becoming a paparazzo. Prior to late 2013, he had taken a number of photographs of celebrities in compromising situations including Jill Von Crastenburg while on the toilet and Lyle Cleethorpes V getting a rim job from a homeless man. Later in the year, he meets Franklin Clinton and mistakes him for rapper Clay Jackson. He asks Franklin to help him take photographs of Miranda Cowan, Poppy Mitchell, Justin and Princess Georgina. His success, entirely due to Franklin, leads to him getting his own reality show. Franklin tracks Beverly down to The Generic Hotel in West Vinewood and interrupts him shooting an introductory piece for the show asking for the money Beverly promised him.
