It could be the setting of the next GTA game, as London, along with Anywhere City and Manchester, is the only GTA setting not to be in a 3D game. [[Luis Fernando Lopez]] refers to London during a speech in Chinese Takeout in [[The Ballad of Gay Tony]], although Tony says 'London ain't happening', possibly referring that it won't be used, but the next GTA setting is unconfirmed.
