Dr. Steven Von Singer is a doctor who helps create customized babies for parents and is the owner of Eugenics Incorporated. Selective Prenatal Recombination of Optimal Genes (SPROG) was pioneered by Dr. Von Singer enabling customers to design their perfect baby by ticking a few boxes in a glossy catalog.
