This is a van in Vice City which contains RC cars and explosives. The van is identical to the Pony but has flat sides. Once entered, it starts a mission involving RC vehicles. The van is white in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City. A similar vehicle, called the TOYZ van, is used for similar missions in GTA III and GTA: Liberty City Stories. You can avoid starting the RC missions by pushing the van forward about two car lengths.
