The random event for Patrick McReary is a mission for Michael De Santa, Franklin Clinton, or Trevor Philips in Grand Theft Auto V.
Mission
The protagonist approaches a Pill Pharm drug store in Strawberry, and will notice two men panicking and holding a cashier at gunpoint in the parking lot of the pharmacy. Patrick McReary and his associate H. The two don't have a getaway car, and ask whichever protagonist is present to assist them in their escape.
The protagonist helps the two escape, Patrick decides not to work with H anymore, and he becomes a heist member available for Michael De Santa to choose for any heists that haven't already been completed.
Trivia
- Trevor Philips can take Packie and H to the Altruist Cult. Although they are not actually seen dying, they may have been successfully eaten by the cannibals.
