Hugh Welsh
Hugh Welsh is a character in Grand Theft Auto V. He is a gunman the player can employ to help out with Heists in GTA V.
If he is selected to act as a gunman during a heist, he will always accidentally die while participating in it. He is voiced by Andrew Totolos.
Trivia
- If he is killed during The Bureau Raid, Franklin tells the remaining crew that Hugh liked to write screenplays in his spare time.
