Dinghy
The Dinghy made its first appearance on Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, and is also available on Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. It is the smallest boat on both games, being able to only hold one person on it. It is of a pontoon type boat, and has two motors making it the most manouverable boat on the games. It is also lightweight, so it has the possibility to go very fast.
