Fernando Martinez is a libertine that is the video games Grand Theft Auto III, Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, and Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories. In GTA III, he creates a program called Fernando's New Beginnings, where husbands are found suitable mistresses. In GTA Vice City, he teaches people to fall in love and to be sexually unbridled. In GTA San Andreas, he is a radio guest on the West Coast Talk Radio station.
