Skimmer

The Skimmer is a seaplane based on the Dodo design. It first appeared on Grand Theft Auto: Vice City being the only flyable plane on the game. The plane has made a comeback on San Andreas. It is probably the worst plane on the game, having the tendency to stall very much. On Vice City it is good, but also as the only plane there is nothing to compare it to. On the PS2 version of San Andreas the plane has a problem with the rotor-blades, at some times they look like large machettes spinning around.
