I LUV LC is the opening mission for The Ballad Of Gay Tony. It opens Three Leaf Clover with a first-person perspective of Eugene Reaper talking to the protagonist, Luis. Reaper then jumps up and kills one Michael Keane resulting in his death at the hands of Packie McReary.
