Charlie (GTA IV)

Charlie was the real name or a fake name of an undercover LCPD officer. He was assigned to go undercover as one of the buyers of Elizabeta Torres' drugs. At the deal, Elizabeta herself didn't come and instead sent Johnny Klebitz, Playboy X and Niko Bellic to it. When the deal was taking place, Charlie acted to nervous and blew his cover, and ended up getting killed by Elizabeta's replacements.
