Zachary Tyler is a child genius from GTA IV. He appears on PLR's "The Intelligent Agenda" with a plan to end hunger. However, his plan is to reduce the number of people through involuntary euthanasia, thereby solving supply and demand. At the end of the show, he is spanked by John Hunter.
