The Psycho is a character in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City.He was voiced by Hunter Platin.

Plot

He is a complete psycho who dresses up as a woman and has a huge upsession of killing all the members of Love Fist.He first appears in the mission Psycho Killer,where he attempts to kill Love Fist but is killed by Tommy Vercetti.Even though he was killed he continude making threats and,in the mission Publicity Tour,he put a Boomshine inside the Love Fist Tour Bus and if they slowed down the bus would blow up.Tommy drives fast around Vice City and Love Fist succsesfully defuse the bomb.
