A member of the Los Santos Vagos, Freddy was serving an unspecified prison sentence alongside OG Loc. OG Loc claims during "OG Loc" that Freddy "disrespected" him and "stole his rhymes" in prison, when Freddy insinuates to have actually prison raped OG Loc (arguing that it was just a "prison thing" as there were no "muchachas" inside to please him). This turn of events leads OG Loc to unhesitatingly seek out Freddy at an East Los Santos home, where Freddy is residing after his release, after being released from jail. The arrival of OG Loc and Carl Johnson at Freddy's house prompts Freddy to escape on a PCJ-600, resulting in CJ and OG Loc pursuing him on another bike (whilst Freddy constantly taunts the duo) and ultimately killing him.
Trivia
- It is possible to kill Freddy before he reaches his gang, resulting in a rather fast mission completion.
- Another thing to note is that he drives an invulnerable PCJ-600.
