Mikhail is the Russian Syndicate Leader. He is introduced after the mission Uncle Vlad. Mikhail happens to be a heavy user of cocaine, and has a very short temper. He offers missions for Niko. He owns the Perestroika cabaret club in Broker. He is married to Ilyena Faustin and has one daughter, Anna. He is killed by Niko under the orders of Dimitri Rascalov to please Kenny Petrovic whose son Lenny was killed by Niko under the orders of Faustin.
