Normandy is a neighborhood in Alderney just north of Port Tudor, and south of Alderney City. Phil Bell owns a depot here where Niko takes his missions from. When doing the Car Thefts for Stevie the Sentinel is parked here. Normandy is based on Bayonne, New Jersey.
