Donald "Don" Percival is a character in the HD Universe who is mentioned in Grand Theft Auto V.

Shortly before the events of GTA V, Percival had convinced Congress to privatise America's defence and sold eleven percent of the company to investor Devin Weston. Percival, however, failed to gain the Port of Los Santos or airport contracts he had wanted.
