There are alot of weapons hidden around in Liberty City in GTA Liberty City Stories. This page lists the locations of the weapons.
Many of these weapons will require some climbing and jumping, or even the use of a Yankee.
Meele Weapons
Baseball Bat - Can be found at you safehouse, regardless of how many Hidden Packages you've found, or at Hogs'n' Cogs.
