Bruice's new car isn't working as planned, so he has to borrow a car from a friend. Go get the car with Bruice. Drive to the starting location. Win the race. When you finish this mission drop off Brucie and you get to keep the car you're driving. He will call later because the people want a rematch. They loved you!
