Stephen Bliss
Stephen Bliss (also credited as Steven Bliss) is an artist who did illustrations for Grand Theft Auto III, was a production team member for Grand Theft Auto Advance and co-created the cover art for Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories with Anthony Macbain.
