[[Victor Vance]] and [[Lance Vance\|Lance]] stumble ~~into these guys~~ when [[Brian Forbes]] a undercover VCPD officer had ~~sited~~ that a member of the Stallionz had information about a large shipment of ~~Cocain~~ (which was the [[Mendez Cartel]] being picked up [[Jerry Martinez]]) coming into Vice City. Apparently Forbes was lying about the Stallionz involvment ended up having to fight out of there way out of the Bar.
