David Richards was born in [[1909]] and, at the age of twenty, founded the [[Richards Majestic]] film studio in [[1929]]. At an unknown time he married his wife [[Rachel Solomon|Rachel]] and had a son named [[Solomon Richards|Solomon]]. He worked extensively with film director [[Peter Dreyfuss]] and later allowed his son to become a producer on various films released by the studio, starting with [[Nelson in Naples]] in [[1968]]. David and Dreyfuss once took a trip to Mexico and paid two [[prostitutes]] to stab each other. David also took film starlet [[Leonora Johnson]] under his wing and sent money to her parents [[Harold Johnson|Harold]] and [[Eileen Johnson]]. In [[1975]] Dreyfuss murdered Leonora, which David knew after receiving a confession letter from Dreyfuss, but did not tell the [[LSPD in GTA V|LSPD]]. He was briefly suspected of being Leonora's killer as was his son Solomon, although no charges were ever brought. He gave control of his film studio to Solomon in [[1978]] but presumably continued to give advice to Solomon about the industry. He later received a star on the [[Vinewood Walk of Fame]], presumably survived his wife Rachel and saw the birth of his grandson [[Ira Richards|Ira]] before passing away in [[2012]] at the age of 103.
