Hmm, I noticed that you were no longer a bot. Strangely, I can still move and delete, but I no longer have access to [[Special:UserRights]]. The list at the top of my preferences says ''Autoconfirmed Users, Logged in Users'' (which is why I said it's strange that I can move and delete). The user rights were lost in the past due to an update, and Gerard manually restored them, so something similar may have happened. Gerard is the only person that has direct access to the software to look any further than that.
