GTA V Foreshadowing in GTA IV
Despite all the speculations and predictions of where GTA V would take place, Rockstar put the answer right under our noses in GTA IV. In the Firefly Island Amusement Park, located quite near the gold course mentioned below, there are two rides with backdrops of exact images which are in the end of the GTA V Trailer. The rides are adjacent to each other, one featuring the Vinewood Sign and the Los Santos skyline, as well as a jet, most likely the Shamal. The other features palm trees on a purple background. These pictures may suggest that GTA V has been in production since the release of GTA IV, or at least the location of the future game was known.
