Grey was arrested before [[Elizabeta Torres]] was, but [[The Ballad Of Gay Tony|TBOGT]] takes place long after Elizabeta's arrest. Goldberg's death versus the bank robbery (see above) also places the event in two different slots when compared to Niko's perspective.
