The '''Express Car Service''', also known as '''Roman's Taxi Depot''', is a taxi depot located in [[Broker]] (on the intersection between [[Cisco St|Cisco Street]] and [[Iroquois St|Iroquois Street]]) owned by [[Roman Bellic]] in [[Grand Theft Auto IV]]. The building is first seen in the mission [[The Cousins Bellic]] and is gritty in appearance, with an office and garage located in the building. Taxi drivers can be seen repairing [[Roman's Taxi|taxis]] in the garage. A black [[Esperanto]] and [[Roman's Taxi]] are parked in the garage. The building is burnt down by the [[Russian Mafia]] under orders of [[Dimitri Rascalov]] in the mission [[Roman's Sorrow]]. Roman opens a new taxi depot in [[Algonquin]], although the location is not revealed. The firm uses the [[Cavalcade]] and [[Roman's Taxi]] as taxi vehicles. [[Niko Bellic]], after obtaining a high enough [[Friendships in GTA IV|friendship]] level, can call Roman for a taxi.
