Proceed to a landing strip in Northern Algonquin; Little Jacob will be riding shotgun (literally). Find the terrorist's helicopter and shadow him for a while. When you get the order, have the left side of the chopper facing the enemy so Jacob can have a clean shot with his rocket launcher.
