Christopher Lucas
Christopher Patrick Lucas (born December 6, 1968 in Jersey City, New Jersey) is an American actor and voice actor who provided the voice of Alex Shrub in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City and the voices of pedestrians in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. He has appeared in television series such as Cold Feet and Spin City. He is also the CEO of Celebrity Letters.
